It was a fun place to work, but it became less and less so as the company matured
Good pay, interesting problems to solve, a lot of top-notch technical talent, easy to communicate across, not just top-down but also across with anyone in the company, good tooling to make you productive, fast development is a priority, and quality engineering is a priority.
Too much social activism. The company is constantly in the news, and not in the positive way. It's not really clear whether Facebook as a product is a good thing. On-calls can be hard.
