Software Engineer
1 Phone Interview + Onsite The onsite interview consisted of three 1-on-1 interviews: two technical and one behavioral/technical. Be sure to have an answer for "Why Facebook?" that definitely tripped me up.

The process includes screening, followed by a technical phone interview. If the interviewer believes your phone interview did not meet expectations, they will schedule a second phone interview. You also have the option to interview onsite if desired.
