It can be hard to manage work/life balance sometimes, but that's mostly because there isn't enough time in the workday to work on everything I want to work on.
Management can sometimes steer the company in another direction too fast, which can cause organizational whiplash. Try to plan out a bit farther ahead and have fewer knee-jerk reactions to changing everything all at once.

Applied online and received an invitation for a phone screen the following day. The phone screen was 45 minutes long and consisted of two LC-style questions. The interviewer was very nice and generous with tips.
