The process includes screening, followed by a technical phone interview. If the interviewer believes your phone interview did not meet expectations, they will schedule a second phone interview. You also have the option to interview onsite if desired.

I met a recruiter at the Facebook offices, and she showed me around. Because I was applying for an engineering position, the tour started on the engineering floor, which isn't too big. The offices were nice but nothing super special. She did mention

Typical SWE interview experience. The whole process was smooth, and they were nice the entire time. Not much else to say. They also took me on a tour of their campus.
