Bootcamp is a really great program to choose teams. You get to talk to different managers and have the freedom to choose teams.
After working in a team for a year, you can change to a new team. There is a program called hack-a-month. You can go to another team to work for a month, and then decide whether you want to stay or come back. It is really flexible.
Work-life balance. It is busier compared to Google, but things are getting better. It also depends on the teams.
