Overall, a good experience
Excellent pay, mostly interesting projects. No team matching, so if you made it to the company, you're going to get the project. You get matched to a team based on your interests and based on the company, which could be both good and bad.
The final result is very dependent on how much your manager is going to root for you. The process could be more transparent or equal, but it could be quite subjective, to be honest.
Overall, a nice place to get experience for sure.
