You do get to work on actual features that end up in production. Also, the perks are insane. And the culture is so open, you can ask people to go get coffee and learn from them about what they do to help you down the line.
The expectations aren't set in stone, so it's very stressful to try and get a full-time offer.
Be more open about the hiring process so the interns don't have to be scared all the time.
