Pros

Established, well-respected company with prestige and strong engineering.

Sets and defines industry standards.

Pay is top-of-the-line, benefits are amazing, and perks are unbelievable.

Cons
  • Overworked with extremely high expectations.
  • No hand holding whatsoever.
  • "Impact" (measurement used to describe success) sometimes left intentionally vague.
  • People are not really sociable, socially-aware, or generally likeable.
Advice to Management

Get rid of that stupid tool that lets you compare how many lines of code you wrote versus everyone else, so that I could've saved so many long nights trying to stay on par with everyone else.
