- Fast-moving culture.
- If you join a good team, you can ship features pretty much immediately.
- Not much bureaucracy.
- Very smart people.
- Good engineering culture.
- You are forced to dogfood/test a lot of internal FB products, which can be okay, but sometimes constant crashes get annoying.
- Less bureaucracy means that things are likely to break a little more often.
- People talk about politics (e.g., current election, social issues) quite often.
