I have been incredibly, pleasantly surprised by the Facebook culture, which matches what it purports to be. In my experience, this is very unusual. During the current global crisis, FB leadership has proven time and again that they really do put the wellbeing of employees front and center, and still deliver on enormous ambitions. The pace is fast, the compassion is real.
There are an enormous number of extremely smart people, moving very fast, in a really empowered and transparent way. There is nowhere to hide, peer pressure is enormous, and the bar is high!
Keep demonstrating the real vision, transparency, and compassion we've seen through the current global COVID-19 crisis.
