You are given a lot of freedom to solve tough problems. You are expected to make mistakes and learn from them in order to get better and solve tougher problems.
Sometimes the pace of work can be insane. Lots of moving parts at the same time means lots of opportunities for things to go wrong.
Given the new arena territory we are covering, I think it would be great to spend more time giving new employees an understanding of the sometimes rocky road ahead.
