Very much grind culture
It really depends on your team placement, but it has so many avenues of growth. Some teams are very startup-y versus very leadership-heavy, so it's kind of just luck. I learned so much, more than at any other company I've been in throughout the 3 months, and loved my team's positive energy.
Some teams can be pretty toxic.
Pretty antisocial company overall, since everyone's so busy, which contributes to the cutthroat-ness.
