Good pay. A lot of exciting projects. Very good for programming skills.
Worst coworkers I have ever seen. Everyone can report and complain about you to the "System" and sabotage you.
The evaluation process is brutal. Senior management meets with each other to criticize your work individually, and this could greatly impact your career.
Everyone is selfish and only cares about their own work, secretly wanting you to fail.
Bring back some hierarchy and kindness! Your peers and mentor shouldn't be encouraged to criticize your work and better encourage them!
