Opportunity for great impact even as an intern.
Well-scoped internship project (unfortunately, this seems to be team/manager-dependent. I got lucky - I loved my project).
Impressive perks.
Heavily metricized. It feels like performance is evaluated based on cold, hard numbers: number of lines of code pushed, number of iterations, etc.
Make the intern calibration process (and metrics used) less number-based and more transparent.
