Well-structured internship. Helpful team. Really good benefits (especially in Seattle). Good location. Mid-to-top-tier snacks.
Hard to ramp up.
Some intern projects can be a bit boring.
Midpoint review is stressful.
Some teams, especially intern managers, care about # lines of code regardless of the nature of the project.
