Ruined by the vendors. Avoid being in the VR team. Mostly made of people from Q Analysts, which is now owned by Qualitest. Office politics, gaslighting, blame culture, no transparency, poor hiring choices even at upper-tier management. You can easily get PIP'd for not "following in line."
