Free food. Everything else is bad.
- The working environment is horrible for contractors. Meta managers and leads are allowed to treat contractors like trash.
- In the name of low budget, Meta makes one contractor do the work of three people.
- Unrealistic deadlines and unreasonable expectations.
- Poor pay and salary compensation. No benefits and no respect.
Contract employees are not slaves. Pay them better and take a note of how your full-timers treat vendors.
