Commitments from leadership are strong.
Lots of solvable problems.
Lots of managers and directors who don’t know what to do and insist on steering. Lots of teams who have no path to success and end up randomized, everyone cause they have leadership backing. Poor quality managers who make bad decisions and then hide them.
Focus is lacking on a core product that thrills. We end up spending a lot of time on many that are ordinary. Constantly changing priorities makes the plan hard to understand.
