General big company politics and processes can move slow, especially when dealing with sensitive data. It's hard to move fast.

Meta had only one OA followed by a technical interview. The interviewer did not ask any behavioral questions and went straight to coding. They asked two LeetCode Medium questions. I solved both and was still rejected.
