A great way to learn a lot about a full-time SWE position and just to learn some skills. They have so many resources available for you and a 1:1 mentorship program, so you are supported throughout the internship.
Honestly, not that many. A lot of people have a bad impression of Facebook, which is somewhat warranted. But I think they do not understand that Facebook has actually done a lot to confront all of these problems and is actively trying to be better. Also, there is no clear-cut solution on what to do.
I interviewed quite late in the season (spring). After the technical round, it took 8-9 weeks before the recruiter got back to me with Engineering Leadership's decision. I was in touch with the recruiter regularly. It seemed like there was a backlog
Two Leetcode questions from Meta, tagged in the top 100 on Leetcode, were asked in 45 minutes. No behavioral questions were asked during the interview. Prior to this, there was an OA with Codesignal and a behavioral questionnaire.
All LC Hards, but this is as expected. The NEET code was not very helpful in preparation; it needed a wider breadth and depth of topics. Make sure to brush up on system design very well.
