Very heavy workload. Intern projects vary in difficulty. Not very many organized intern events.
Many people ignore interns when asking for help because the company is so big.

Two Leetcode questions from Meta, tagged in the top 100 on Leetcode, were asked in 45 minutes. No behavioral questions were asked during the interview. Prior to this, there was an OA with Codesignal and a behavioral questionnaire.
