Exceptional benefits: Shuttle to work, corporate housing, commuter benefits, work from home benefit, and well-being benefit.
There is also a gym on campus (Menlo Park), and biking from offices is always relaxing.
The work itself varies between teams, and I would say that there is definitely a team where you can find something at least close to your interests.
The culture looks like it varies from team to team and department to department. However, this looks like it is common in many companies.

I was reached out to during the holidays. I interviewed late, and was rejected in one day. The questions asked were not very relevant to my role as an ML intern.
