Great culture and opportunity to grow as a leader
Meta is very bottom up.
Everyone says that, I know.
But so far, this is the place I felt the most independence and empowerment to initiate my own ideas and lead the way.
As a senior developer, and especially a TLM, you are expected, encouraged, and empowered to grow as a "mini CEO".
The flip side of independence is that it can be daunting and challenging.
And maybe not everyone will resonate with this approach.
