Mass Hiring Process.
Firstly, there was a short briefing on the company, then we moved on to a logic test. This process included a long waiting time in the lobby. The interview was short and brief.
They "reject" a whole lot of people without actually saying they are rejected. I feel that they should just be honest to the rejected candidates, telling them they are rejected, instead of telling them to go home and wait for more information when they do not even plan on giving any.
