Received a call from the manager for a phone interview and got an onsite interview invitation the second day after that. Questions were not very difficult. Some key parameters are very important for processes. A statistical background is a must, along with some related questions. A panel interview followed, lasting about 2 hours, with more in-depth and similar questions regarding CVD and CMP processes.
