Process
A 30-minute HR screening that asked some non-technical and basic HR questions.
This was followed by a 45-minute technical screening that asked about logic design and electronics.
Finally, a 3-hour panel interview with 3 people. Each hour was spent interviewing with one person. The 3 interviewers had software, hardware, and director backgrounds respectively.
This entire process took about 2 weeks to finish.
