Process

Was called for a different role than the one I was applying for. Went onsite for the interview.

The interview process itself was easy, just general behavioral questions, experience, and situational-based.

The planning for the interview was a mess. Even though I applied for a different role, they did not give me a proper job description, even when I specifically requested it. My interview also got delayed for an hour.

After the interview, I was told to wait there and waited for almost 2 hours. No one informed me (or the other people there who were waiting) of anything. Then they suddenly said they ran out of time and told us to go home.
