My resume was shortlisted through an online job portal. Overall, I had three rounds: a telephonic round, followed by an in-person interview, and the third round was on Skype.

All rounds went well for me. They asked for my documents and pay slips. After reviewing them, they contacted me to ask about my expected salary. I stated my expectation, and then they rejected my application, saying my salary expectation did not align with the role's requirements.

Note: Based on my experience, if you are from a good college like IIT, NIT, or BITS, please do not consider this company for your career. They do not ask for expected salary during resume shortlisting. They are not able to pay the average hike as per market trends. They waste time calling for interviews on weekdays.
