Process
Mass interviews in a day (up to 200) are coming in batches, due to demand for the upcoming new fab.
Up to 3 interviews and 1 test, depending on whether you are selected or not.
Very organized, quick, and efficient: registration, filling up of forms, being seated, and then being called out, with refreshments prepared and all.
Surprisingly, the interviews are 1-on-1 despite the number of applicants.
The first interview is probably with the section manager or someone related to the position applied for.
I did not pass the first round, so I do not know of the others after that.
