The interviewers arrived 15 minutes late and did not acknowledge their tardiness. They proceeded to take a seat and briefly introduced the team.
The panel consisted of 4 interviewers: 2 hiring managers and 2 team members.
The interview proceeded with the team members taking turns to ask questions about personality and conflict resolution, with few technical questions.
Throughout the interview, one of the hiring managers was on his phone the entire time and did not seem interested in the process, offering only occasional nods. The other manager asked some questions.
The team members were helpful in explaining the job scope and environment.
Overall, this was a very unprofessional way of conducting an interview.
