Process

Campus hiring pre-interview first with one senior engineer, who was an alumnus.

Then I got a phone call to ask whether I was still interested in the position.

Followed by an onsite interview with bosses/peers for one day -- two future bosses (direct manager and one more level up), and two peers, plus one HR.

Post-onsite interview, in approximately three days, I received the offer.

I needed to provide drug test results and reference contacts.
