Process
The first interview was with an HR person over the phone. It was a generic HR-type interview, and he was basically looking for a fit.
I had another phone interview with the hiring manager in the department to which I applied. He asked me questions about my background and experiences, including some technical and some personality questions.
The final interview was an on-site interview. I met with 5 different people, and it took me the whole day. They were very friendly and were looking for specific technical and software skills.
