Process

Had a phone interview, where most of the questions were about your experience. Then a school interview, where there are basic ECE questions: RLC circuits and a few coding problems. You then get an 8-interview in-person interview, where they ask you the technical questions. Study your transistors really well, as well as coding and memory technologies, specifically NAND and DRAM.

Questions

Does tying a channel to ground/Vcc increase or decrease the threshold voltage of a MOSFET?
