Process
The first round with managers was good and fun. The second round, the senior manager interviewer was rude. He demanded me to show my results and pinpointed the B- that I got throughout my 4 years of academics. He told me he couldn't understand Malay language because he is Singaporean (BS, because Malay language is the SG national language). An interview is an exchange, not worth my time working with people like this.

Depending on the team and department, the managers can be micromanaging on lunch hours, OT hours and put a lot of stress on engineers when there is an issue with production.
