Quality Assurance Interview Experience - Perai
Process
1st interview by Skype. 2nd interview on-site at Micron Prai, Malaysia. My interview time, set by the recruiter, was at 5 pm. My interview started at 7:30 pm. I waited for almost 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The reason given by HR was that the hiring manager was in a meeting. Finally, he came and told me, "I just wanna meet you in person," and asked if I could do overtime and stay back or not.
The interview period was about 15 minutes, and the manager said HR would contact me within 2 weeks. I have repeatedly followed up via email, phone call, and WhatsApp with the recruiter about my status, but received no response from her. No emails, no phone calls, and no messages were received from the recruiter regarding my interview status.
Very disappointed with them.
