Good people and a lot of room to learn and grow.
Unrealistic expectations, bad managers, and they only promote DEI-qualified people.
Applied online. Received an interview invitation from HR to interview. Asked about academic performance, other related to my CV, and general questions: How would I be relevant to the job and what can I contribute, despite not being a perfect match?
My profile is core semiconductor. The interview was just about core semiconductor topics, like MOSFET and BJT, followed by an HR round. The interview focused on key concepts in semiconductor technology for an SRAM profile.
2 rounds in total, around 1.5 hours each. One round was with a manager, and the other was with a senior manager. Friendly people, willing to answer questions. They explained the job scope and asked about commitment levels.
