The interviewer did not even have my details during the interview, including my result. I believe I was called for the interview due to a lack of comparison candidates. I hope this can be improved.

Long, multiple rounds, and they made me do a project case study. HR was courteous and helped facilitate the process. Final round communication was slow, though, and the process dragged on for a few months.
