Worst type of colleagues, supervisors, and management you can ever have in the company.
Everyone focuses more on covering their backs and scoring goals rather than doing actual work to benefit the company.
Hours and hours spent on meetings to find someone to blame a problem on when the time could have been used to solve the problem instead.
Too many family and friends working here together in the same department; if you’re not part of the group, be prepared to do everyone else’s work while others take the credit for it.
