Great pay, great benefits, and the company has lots of money for lab equipment.
Long working hours, sometimes involving evening meetings 5 days per week with overseas 3rd-party teams. Many silos. Lessons learned have to be relearned many times over because there is sometimes poor documentation on what went wrong with the project.
Micron needs more actual team leaders and not merely engineers pretending to be managers.
