Great benefits as far as insurance, ESPP, and bonus programs are concerned.
Base pay is not as high as industry comparables. Work life balance is extremely bad, both during and beyond work hours. You'll be expected to serve frequent on call rotations that last 24/7 and will repeatedly be woken up in the middle of the night during those rotations.
Leadership is also awful; and you are nothing more than a name on a spreadsheet to them. Covid truly showed that they do not care about their employees at all. Do not expect to be able to keep your remote or hybrid schedule if you're offered that benefit.
Management could be improved if Sanjay resigned. Start caring about your employees' well-being. Shame on you for your treatment of them during COVID.
Simple and fast. I had a recruiter reach out to me and talk about my background, as well as technical experience. All went fantastic, and they set up a technical interview. After that, I waited a week before I heard back with a job request.
It was a very good experience. It was easy to crack the interview, and the interviewer was very humble. The interview process was going easily. So, prepare well for your interview.
The interview process consisted of a 1-on-1 phone interview with the recruiter. The next step was a 4-on-1 interview with the manager and developers on the team.
