Simple and fast. I had a recruiter reach out to me and talk about my background, as well as technical experience. All went fantastic, and they set up a technical interview. After that, I waited a week before I heard back with a job request.

The interview process consisted of a 1-on-1 phone interview with the recruiter. The next step was a 4-on-1 interview with the manager and developers on the team.

Not very hard, because I was applying to a position where I was working in the production line and writing software for them. It was quick; I got the response within a week.
