I met them at a career fair. Had an interview the next day. The interview consisted of a written test before meeting with anyone, then reviewing the test for about an hour. Questions were on digital logic, C programming, transistor physics, and Unix.

Series of phone interviews with HR and Engineers. This was followed by an onsite interview with four panel interviews, each with two or three people. Questions were mostly simple coding, CMOS device physics, and applied engineering problems.

I had an on-campus interview with Micron. It was a half-an-hour interview and he just had a few behavioral and technical questions.
