Process
The interview process included:
- One technical interview
- Two behavioral interviews
- A screening background check
Prior to these, I also had a short phone call conversation. Each interview was around 60 minutes.
The first interview was attended by two technical leaders.
The second interview was with two Human Resources employees from Microsoft.
The third interview was with the direct manager.
I don't have anything to add on top of what I've already mentioned.
