While the initial phase of the process worked out very well—good reach-out times, good interview stages, and multiple good interviews—the handling of my application afterwards to see a resolution was very poor.
My recruiter left the company, and the person I was assigned to mishandled my application for 8 weeks until the job posting was gone. I had lost my chance despite my recommended feedback by the interviewers.
I feel robbed of an opportunity here, and I had to be the one to constantly chase the newly assigned recruiter. This is a company I would like to and have dreamt of working for. Waiting 8 weeks after feedback in a suspended application state to just lose out based on job availability is not fair to the applicant. The job was available for 6 out of the 8 weeks.
Not a re-interview, but a re-application process. I was asked if I could consider a more technical version of my role.
