Cons: Too many political games (blame games, abusing power, political overcorrectness, imposing company values). Work on lower positions is often not interesting (frequently thrown out the window). On-call work is not well-paid and goes against work-life balance. Some coworkers become over-competitive, going over "dead" bodies.
