The process is too time-consuming. I have given many interviews with both big and small companies, but the Microsoft interview process, specifically hiring for Teams, felt disconnected from the start. Every interviewer seemed to know everything and made me feel uninterested from the beginning. In the last round, the interviewer was so rude that he didn’t even let me explain my answer and started explaining things in his own way. I thought the interview process was to understand the interviewee, rather than to impose your thoughts on the candidate. Nevertheless, the interview process was highly unprofessional. You couldn’t even convey your thoughts or knowledge on a question; you had to answer or think exactly as the interviewer wanted.
The interviewer couldn’t even phrase the question sensibly. When I started answering, he mentioned, "No, that’s not what I asked," and immediately started explaining. When I asked back, "You were asking me this; how could I put it that way?" he mentioned, "Yes, I know that cannot be put in that way."
Although the early rounds of programming challenges were interesting and I cleared them, as other rounds progressed, the interviewers had limited knowledge of Big Data and wanted you to think precisely as they did.
