The first round was an online test. There were 3 coding questions to be solved in an hour. This was followed by a technical round and an HR round.
The coding questions were based on data structures. The test was held on Cocubes.

Pros: Growing market, smart and engaged coworkers, lots of room to innovate, good culture, located in the heart of the SF Mission District, transparent company culture, free coffee from Grand.
Cons: Not totally established yet (startup), and we don't have a few of the perks of working at a very large corporation. However, I was still happy to leave a large corporation to work here.
