Engineering Manager Interview Experience - Prague, Czech Republic
Process
There were two main interviews.
One was with the technical lead and architect, where we went through C++ code and I was asked to do a PR review. The other was an architecture exercise: design a social media platform similar to Twitter.
The second interview was to check my management skills and how I would tackle different situations in the team, manage conflicts, and supervise people with different seniority levels.

Review pull request where a simple parsing method was introduced to an existing class.
