Process

I submitted an initial application.

A few weeks later, I was contacted for a phone interview.

The phone interview was all behavioral and lasted 30 minutes.

A few weeks after the phone interview, I was contacted for an in-person interview.

Microsoft reimbursed me for my commute to their nearest office.

There were two in-person interviews. They were back-to-back and each lasted 45 minutes.

Each in-person interview focused almost exclusively on my resume, with one coding question in the middle of each interview.

I was offered the position a few days later.
