I had five interviews with various levels of interviewers, including engineers, directors, and GMs. I loved the interview process because it was not the typical behavioral stuff. The conversations were pretty laid back, which I appreciated. We discussed technical topics (mechanical, electrical) and my interests. The least senior person who interviewed me asked some brainteaser-type questions, which weren't too difficult. I really liked the people I met and the culture, which seemed pretty non-bureaucratic.
During the interview process, we were taken to a nice dinner and treated very well. I enjoyed the recruiting process.
